Every ZÄK piece is shaped by hand in Taxco, then shipped from France. Shipping costs depend on your destination zone and are shown before payment on the checkout page — items and shipping included.

The times shown are transit times once the parcel is handed to the carrier, excluding preparation time (as each piece is shaped and checked by hand, allow 1 to 3 extra working days before dispatch for items not held in stock). You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Every shipment is insured for the value of your order and entrusted to a carrier chosen with care for the safety of solid silver jewelry. Your piece travels in a protective case, shielded from knocks and damp.
In accordance with Article L.112-1 of the French Consumer Code, the total price payable, including delivery costs, is given to you clearly and legibly before you confirm any order.
In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, ZÄK Jewels delivers the goods on the date or within the period stated at the time of the order. Where no precise period is given, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Should we fail to meet this obligation, you may — after having given us formal notice to deliver within a reasonable further period, without effect — terminate the contract by registered letter or in writing on another durable medium (Article L.216-6).
In accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk (loss of or damage to the parcel) passes to you at the moment you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If you entrust delivery to a carrier other than the one offered by ZÄK Jewels, the risk passes as soon as the parcel is handed to that carrier.
These delivery provisions apply without prejudice to your 14-day right of withdrawal and to the statutory guarantees applicable to the products sold, the detailed terms of which will be sent to you with your order confirmation.
